tender for special repair to r.i. office building at motabadi= 1 earth work in excavation of foundation in hard or gravelly soil with all leads & lifts including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & required depth including shoring shuttering, propping bullah, pilling, dewatering from foundation supplying & working of pumps including hire & running charges of pumps & all machineries required for the work & providing coffer dam if required & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas with cess complete as per specification & direction of the engineer-in-chargel. 2 providing & filling good clean river sand of approved qualityincluding watering to complete saturation & ramming completeincluding cost conveyance, royalty, additional charges, dmf 10% & emf 5% over royaltycess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & t&p required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of engineer-in charge. 3 providing cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation upto a required depthbelow ground level and upto a required height above ground level/bed level using 4cm size hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting in position in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with proper packing to proper slope & level including watering, curing and cost, conveyance, cess royality, additional charges, dmf 10% & emf 5% over royalty taxes of all materials etc. with all labour and t&p required for the work including dewatering, shuttering if necessary complete as per direction of engineer-in charge. 4 providing cement concrete (1:2:4) in foundation upto a required depthbelow ground level and upto a required height above ground level/bed level using 4cm size hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting in position in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with proper packing to proper slope & level including watering, curing and cost, conveyance, cess royality, additional charges, dmf 10% & emf 5% over royalty taxes of all materials etc. with all labour and t&p required for the work including dewatering, shuttering if necessary complete as per direction of engineer-in charge. 5 supplying, fitting & fixing of chequereed tiles laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials labour, cess, royalities, additional charges, dmf @ 10% & emf @ 5% over the royality and t&p and cessetc, required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge. 6 providing 4cm. thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab using 12mm size hard black crusherbrokengranite chips with chicken mesh including cost,conveyance, royality& taxesof all materials with all labour, t&p & cessetc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge. 7 12mm (1/2”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after cracking out of the joint including, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with t&prequired for the work with all taxes and royaltiesdmf (10% over royality),emf(5% over royality)& addl.charges , etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of the engineer in charge. 8 distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved shade over a coat of chalk wash including cost of distemper with conveyance royalities and taxes of allmaterials and labour with t&p required for the work with cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 9 finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with t&p and cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. 10 painting 2 coat with any approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with brush to wood/iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work with all labour, t&p, cess etc complete in all respect as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge 11 supplying, fitting and fixing vetrifed tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials labour, cess, royalities, additional charges, dmf @ 10% & emf @ 5% over the royality and t&p and cessetc, required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge.
