(including all material, t&p, labour cess etc but excluding g.s.t.) , providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (ss-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502. (including all material, t&p, labour cess etc but excluding g.s.t.) , providing and laying seal coat sealing 6.7mm stone grit @0.009 cum per sqm the voids in a bituminous grade vg-10 @0.65kg per sqm surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c as per technical specification clause 510.
