tender for special repair to road at konark regimental institute (kri) complex at army area jodhpur under ge (army) no. 01; 1 m&l for repair to potholes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 2 scarifying and picking gravelled mecadam or bituminous mecadam surfaces exc. 50mm thick but n. exc 100 mm deep and area exceeding 400 sqm complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. note 1 - taking out of the damaged premixed carpet and damaged wbm etc on the road edges,curves, bell mouths etc is catered in the item) 2 : material obtained shall be cleaned, screened and stacked properly for reuse.) . 3 m&l for preparing bituminious macadum surface by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally the cleaned surface with gunny bags to reomve all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat of vg-10 emulsion (primer) @ 2.5kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directedby engr -in-charge. 4 m&l for premix bituminious, macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 4% binder content by weight of total mix(thickness less than 75mm ) complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 5 m&l for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally the cleaned surface with gunny bags to reomve all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat with catonic emulsion (primer) @ 5kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directedby engr -in-charge. 6 m &l bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic ceoncrete (sdac) 30 mm consolidated thickness @ 5.5% binder (paving bitumen) content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 ton power roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 7 m&l for preparing bituminious surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre line, stop line, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to bs 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 8 s&f in repair for 900mm dia reflective safety traffic mirror for road and side walk of stainless steel face, 0.90 mm thick large radius of curvature for minimum distance distrotation orange powdwr coated steel back and hood orange vinyl extrusion with 75 mm clamp brackets for pole mouting complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 9 supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4v/ 0.3 watt one ni-ed rechargeable battery (1.2v/ 1600ma) consisting of super bright led with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 10 supply and fixingretro reflector road cat eyesof metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with pama striplens reflector of model no. da 972.0 fixed with and incl ms stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructionswith fine grained micro glass particles of regular size with bottom portion embedded on road surfacesusing cut back bitumen emulsion including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 11 m&l for red bajri/ moorumspread,rolled and consolidated to gradientalongside paved roads as in berms incl necessary surface excavation, watering & rolling complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 12 m&l for 100mm thick cement concrete type d-2,1:4:8 (40 mm graded agg) as in sub base to floors incl well compacting & laid to levelsincluding demolition of cement concrete complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 13 m&l for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete rubrised paver block of m-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using pu mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete. complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 14 m&l for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of m-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 15 m&l for two coat of synthetic enamel painton new concrete surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 16 s&f abs plastic speed breaker (abs material) of size 250 x 350 x 50 mm fixed with suitable adhesive and nuts in yellow/black colour and reflector on eithersideclearly visibleduring night hours complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 17 supply and fixing metal tubular delineators made out of abs round body fitted with 2 nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of pmma and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in pcc 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type b1 complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
