tender for special repair to bhamasiali-golia road work - 1 clearing and grubbing road land in area of light jungle including uprooting rank vagetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of tress cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including watering and cost of labour, cess & all materials etc. complete as per direction of engineer - in - charge. 2 providing & laying laterite moorum of approved quality from approved quarry & spreading on road surface to required slope & camber including watering & compacting with h.r.r to the required density to required thickness including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, additional charges, dmf 10% & emf 5% over royalty cess complete as per direction of the engineer in charge. 3 providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates using irc gr-iii size granite metal to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requsite type of screening / blinding materials as crusher dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of mosrt&h specifications for road & bridge works including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, additional charges, dmf 10% & emf 5% over royalty cess complete as per direction of the engineer in charge. 4 providing and laying tack coat over the prepared surface of penetration grade of bitumen (60/70) after scrapping clearing the road surface with cost conveyance royality t &p taxes of bitumen & other all materials including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, additional charges, dmf 10% & emf 5% over royalty cess complete as per direction of the engineer in charge.i.over granular surface 5 ii) over bt surface 6 providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of speficied grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of mosrt&h specification for road & bridge works and all other t&p articles including cost, conveyance, royality, additional charges, dmf 10% & emf 5% over royalty cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge. please enable macros to view boq information
