moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick,set in 1:6 screed bed 15 mm thick , jointed and pointed in neatcement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments including demolition in repair. 8 m&l for heavy duty vetrified parking/ industrial tiles size upto 0.36 sqm each tile of thickness 10-12 mm of any type of colour and finish as approved in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thk screed bedin cm 1:6 etc complete all as specified, including demolition in repair. 9 s&f in repair jaisalmer yellow sand stone jallies carved as per drawing,40-50mmthick laidfix with grouting mortar chemical with on top of wall base stoneincluding stone pillars all as specified and directed by engr -in - charge including base stone of thickness 75mm to 80 mm yellow stone for gouting of jalli over wall complete as photograph attached in tender document. 10 m&l in repair for 10-15mm thick jaisalmer stone cladding polished (machine cut stone of size exceeding 0.25 sqm fixed with) fixed with chemical metal lugs over 15mm thick backing coat in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed as photograph attached in tender document. 11 m&l in repair for 40 to 50 mm thk thick jaisalmer stone patties with engraved pattern as per drawing 150mm wide fixed in stone pillars including all direction as specified and directed by engr-in-charge and as photograph attached.(stone pillar to be paid seprately) 12 m&l in repair for jaisalmer stone pillars sqare in c/s of 90-100 mm thik thick with engraved pattern as per drawing for fixing of stone patties in item 11 above all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge and as photograph attached in tender document. 13 dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/granite including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing, serviceable tiles to stone and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed. 14 m&l for 20mm thick granite ( of any type) slabs/tiles laid in floors/treads over 15mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with admixture of pigment to match masonry, built in cement mortar excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete etc complete all as specified. 17 m&l for square rubble walling jodhpur type brought up to courses well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified. 18 -ditto- as per sl item no. 17 but except stone. 19 taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortor complete all as specified 20 m&l for 15mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 on stone / concrete block masonry surfaces other than fair faces ofconcrete / brickis to be finished even and smooth(without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified. 21 m&l for rendering 10mm thick on stone / concrete block masonry surfaces of any description in cement mortar (1:6) is to be projection facia etc.in cm 1:3 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified. 23 m&l for dubbing out in cm 1:4 average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls/ceiling complete all as specified and directed. 24 m&l for preparation of newly plastered of wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer in different tints in sigma / camouflaging pattern as approved complete all as specified. 25 m&l for prepration of new surface plastered or unplastered applying three coats of white washing on ceiling,soffits of chajjas/drop & roof projection facia etccomplete as specified. 26 m&l for preparation of newly plastered of wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of cement primer in different tints in sigma / camouflaging pattern as approved complete all as specified. 27 m&l for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces of any description and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper of any tint etc complete complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. 28 m&l for preparation of old treated/ decorated external wall/roof surfaces of any storeys / height upto 10m of any description and applying one coat of cement based paint in different tints/shades in sigma/ camouflaging pattern as approved complete all as specified & as directed. 29 dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or r.c.c.) embedded in concrete,brick work,masonary etc. any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground 30 dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type 31 m&l for pcc 1:3:6 type d-2 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in foundaton, filling and mass concrete , coping, edging , sloping etc complete all as specified and directed. 32 excavation in post holes
