mtps-i - es circle - mrt– unit-i - tg area - aoh maintenance works to be carried out for the year 2025-26 in the valve actuators of as,ca ,dw,cs & es, bfp discharge, bfp acw,mc, mssv & fw valves, generator transformer, uat a & b and dvr equipments- charges for cleaning, disconnection of power cables and control cables, terminal tightness checking of actuator terminal blocks, local push button and lubricating the limit switch mechanism. 2 charges for reconnection of power and control cables, setting of open/close limit/ torque switches, testing of modules, motors and checking of operation. 3 charges for power/control cable jointing works for actuator. 4 charges for cleaning of converter cubicles, field breaker cubicles, regulation cubicle and field flashing cubicles, ac/dc racks, air conditioner units, checking the tightness ofac / dc bus bar joints, terminal blocks in converter panels, field breaker panel and regulation panel . 5 charges for opening/closing time and contact resistance measurement works of field breaker main and fdr contacts, testing of relays, transformers & timers, carrying out the modification works for conducting the dummy load test in the digital excitation system and measurement of rotor dc resistance and impedance measurement at standstill, barring gear speed and various speeds during rolling of turbine. 6 charges for transporting the testing equipment to transformer yard, assisting for conducting occ, scc tests on gt, uat’s (a& b) and its ngt, terminal tightness checking in marshaling boxes, metering and protection ct’s.
