bids are invited for supply, install, and integrate the following components with the existing cctv setup; (a) dvr (16 channel) (b) hard disk (2 tb) (c) cc cameras (2 mp) b (d) power supply (16 channel) 1 (e) dc bnc set 16 (f) cc camera coaxial 3+1 copper cable (90 meters) 1 1 2 repair & restoration of existing system (a) diagnose faults in the existing cctv system, including cameras, wiring, dvr, and power supply. (b) replace/repair defective parts and ensure seamless integration of new components. (c) proper cable routing, termination, dressing, and labeling of all connections. (d) ensure that all replaced accessories match the required quality and specifications. 3 installation work (1 job) complete installation, configuration, alignment, and testing of all supplied cameras and devices. integration of the new dvr with existing monitoring infrastructure. setup of recording parameters, display interface, playback configuration, and storage optimization. 4 testing & commissioning (a) full functional testing of each camera channel, recording quality, playback, power supply, and network connectivity (if applicable). (b) submission of a commissioning report after successful installation and system stabilization s annual maintenance contract (amc)-one year (a) the amc shall include: (b) quarterly preventive maintenance visits. (c) unlimited breakdown visits during the amc period. (d) cleaning of cameras, connectors, dvr ventilation, and tightening of all cable joints. (e) checking and ensuring recording backup, camera focus, clarity, and power supply health. (f) replacement of minor consumables such as bnc connectors, adapters, and cable joints (excluding major hardware). (g) prompt resolution of any system faults to maintain 100% uptime 6 general conditions (a) all supplied items must be new, original, and meet the required technical specifications (b) all installation work must comply with standard safety and wiring practices. (c) warranty/support for the supplied equipment shall be provided as per oem norms. (d) the vendor must hand over the fully functional system after installation.
