(3) battery, run time shall be at least 4hours. (4) the unit shall be of light weight construction and shall not weigh over 1.5kg. (5) the housing of unit shall be high strength material such as aluminum. (6) the u nit shall be suitable for operation at 220v, 50hz. single phase power supply. (7) it should be durable and trouble free operation f or at least two years from the date of supply.the firm should provide certificate for intensity of the lamp.
