bids are invited for providing operation of various electro mechanical services such as lifts, pump set, dg set, electrical installation, compound light, ac unit, transformer substation, ht panel including switching on/ off, load change over as and when required, maintaining of log book for transformer sub station and dg set, coordinating with amc vendors in case of lift, dg set faults, afd and other electrical amc including sundays, the services shall also made available 24x7 during emergency, daily operation of 13 passenger lifts (two lift in east block) from 09:30 am to 06:00 pm on working days, daily cleaning of lift car and weekly cleaning of machine room by deployment of one skilled and two unskilled persons including obtaining monthly report duly signed by jto/sde electrical incharge and deputing one skilled and two unskilled persons for four day in a monthe for taking up regular mtce works etc as required ( excluding 2nd, 3rd & 4th floor internal rented out area, materials for maintenance & specialized manpower for major faults not included) , supplying & fixing of piano type switches, sockets, call bell switch, angle/batten holders, electronic fan regulators, the work shall be executed as per the site requirement in consultation with engineer incharge etc. as required.
