bids are invited for customized amc/cmc for pre-owned products - work covers comprehensive maintenance of hardware (such as computers, printers, scanners, networking components, etc. of different makes & models). various softwares installed in the commissionerate, assistance in video conferencing and preventive and corrective maintenance of all computer systems and peripherals, servicing and repair of printers, scanners, and related hardware, troubleshooting of software, operating systems, network related issues and any other work related to computers, networking etc given by superintendent (systems) or any other officer or staff of cgst & central excise nagpur-i commissionerate or by officer or staff of cco, nagpur zone. comprehensive amc of cctv including taking backup of cctv cameras, surveillance network, and allied equipment to ensure uninterrupted recording and monitoring and also make sure the cctv are working 24*7 on all days and vendor must provide all the spare parts or any other items required for the proper working of cctv and this office does not provide any other fees or charges other than maintenance of departmental website “cgstnagpur.gov.in” including updating and uploading of documents on departmental website and complete scope of work related to amc of departmental website
