bids are invited for facility management services - lumpsum based - comprehensive daily housekeeping & cleaning services for administration building, operations building, security office, surveyor room, weigh bridge rooms, panel room, fire room, dining hall, canteen, repair shed, including cleaning and maintenance of blinds available in the facility, all toilets, rest rooms & urinals (approx. 3192 sq.m per day) as per the scope of work, including supply of cleaning materials & consumables, deployment of adequate manpower with supervision, tools, equipment, ppe, and compliance with all statutory requirements. providing comprehensive daily housekeeping & cleaning services for main warehouse (977 sq.m), bonded warehouse (140 sq.m), old peb shed (797 sq.m), and new peb shed (557 sq.m) as per the scope of work, deployment of adequate manpower, supervision, cleaning materials, transportation to dumping yard within cfs, tools & equipment, ppe, and compliance with all statutory requirements. area mentioned is per day sq.m is indicative only. providing cleaning and maintenance services for cfs front area, parking area, old yard, new yard and extension yard using mechanical sweeping machine and manual labour. scope includes mechanical sweeping of paved block areas/ concrete paved areas, manual sweeping where required, removal of dust, mud, sand, debris, garbage, vegetation (if any), cleaning around container stacks, waste collection & transport within cfs dumping yard , deployment of required machinery, operators, helper, manpower, fuel, tools & tackles, supervision, ppe, and compliance with all statutory requirements. in case of machine breakdown, contractor shall deploy standby machine or increase manual labour to achieve equivalent output and maintain required standards. (approx. total indicative area is 9455 sq.m per day) maintenance of garden and green areas within cfs premises including daily watering of plants, shrubs and lawns; trimming, pruning and levelling of plants and hedges; cutting of grass on need basis; removal of weeds;cleaning of garden area; collection and disposal of garden waste; maintenance of pathways within garden area; deployment of required manpower, tools & tackles, watering equipment and compliance with statutory requirements.
