The Proposed Project Is Modification & Expansion Of An Existing Hospital Complex, Namely Medica Super Specialty Hospital, Over A Leasehold Land Of M/S. Eastern India Healthcare Foundation. The Project Will Be Developed Over The Same Parcel Of Land. The Area Of The Land Is 15,216.72 Sq.M. Presently, An Existing Hospital Building Having 355 Bed Capacity Along with Other Specialty Services Is Functioning In Full Swing. Such Specialty Services Include Cardiac Sciences, Neurological Diseases (MIND), Kidney Diseases, Orthopedic Sciences, Gastroenterology & G I Surgery, Critical Care (MICC), ENT Institute, Breast Diseases, Clinical Research, Nutrition & Dietetics, Respiratory Medicine, Dermatology, Dialectology, General Surgery, Minimally Invasive Surgery, Head & Neck Surgery, Gynecology & Obstetrics. The Said Existing Building Is Ground + 6 Storied And Its Built Up Area As Per The Sanction Plan Is 20,125.92 Sq.M. The Proposed Modification Will Be In Terms Of Ground Coverage, Built Up Area, Etc. In The Revised Expansion Proposal, A Basement+Ground+10 Storied Hospital Building Along With Another Basement+Ground+5 Storied MLCP Block Have Been Proposed. The Said Expansion Building Will Accommodate Additional 245 Beds Along With Day Care Units, Operation Theatres, Icus And Isolation Wards. Built Up Area Of The Proposed Expansion Will Be 13,757.828 Sq.M. Thus, Total Built-Up Area Of The Development Is (20,125.92 + 13,757.828)Sq.M = 33,883.748 Sq.M
