A Typical Cash And Carry Store Sells A Wide Range Of Fresh, Frozen And Chilled Foods, Fruits And Vegetables, Dry Groceries, Personal Care And Home Care, Hotel And Restaurant Suppliers, Clothing Office Supplies And Other General Merchandise Items. Over 90-95% Of These Products Are Sourced Locally.The Proposed Project Is Proposed To Be Developed At M-22, Mohebewala Industrial Area, Saharanpur Road, Pargana Parwadoon, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The Total Land Area Is 15,984.96 M2
, And The Total Built-Up Area Is Anticipated To Be Approximately 5,693.07 M2
. The Project Comprises Wholesale Cash And Carry Store With Building
On Ground Floor. The Building Will Also Comprise Loading And Unloading Bay For Receiving The Goods, Cafeteria, Store Area, Storage Area For Goods, And Metering And Breaking Room Office Block At Ground Floor. The Following Utilities Are Proposed To Be Installed At The Site:
• Two (02) Diesel Generator (DG) Sets Of 380 KVA Capacities Each For Power Back Up;
• One (01) Oil Cooled Transformer Of Capacity 630 KVA;
• Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Of Capacity 20 KLD For Treatment Of Waste Water With Zero Discharge;
• Rain Water Harvesting Structure With Dedicated Storm Water Management;
• Provision Of Solar Photo Voltaic (PV) Rooftop Panel Of Capacity 500 KW With 85-90% Efficiency To Harness Renewable Energy.
• Organic Waste Convertor Of Capacity 50 Kg/Day For Reduction Of Food Waste.
