Provident Housing Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of real estate company Puravankara Group, operating in the premium affordable housing segment, has launched Phase 1 of Kenworth by Provident, at PVNR Expressway, Rajendra Nagar at Hyderabad.
An innovative book building process offered by the developer enables prospective customers to subscribe during the pre-launch of Kenworth by Provident through an expression of interest within a price range set. The actual opening price would emerge from the inherent market determined forces of demand and supply.

It will offer 2 and 3 BHKs along with a limited number of Kings league 4 BHK signature units, with an expected price range between Rs. 37 lakh and Rs. 90 lakh.
