The Scope Of Work Covers Collection Of Failed Conventional Type Distribution Transformers Of O M Sub-Division Shahapur From The Divisional Stores As Indicated In The Purchase Orders To Be Placed By The Concerned Executive Engineers ( El ) , By Removal Of Oil, Dismantling Ht And Lt Windings And Other Unserviceable Parts, At Store Itself And Return, Transportation Of Tank, Core Etc., To Contractors Trc, Carrying Out Repairs Of Faulty Conventional Type 25Kva, 63Kva, And 100Kva, 11Kv / 433 Volts, 3-Phase 4-Wire, Oil Filled Aluminum Wound Distribution Transformers By Replacing All The Required Accessories, Formation Of New Ht And Lt Windings As Per The Specifications, Replacement Of Bushing Rods, Metal Parts, Damaged Lamination ( Crgo ) , Damaged Ht / Lt Bushing Insulators, Washers, Providing New Gasket, Repairs Of The Tank For Any Leakages, Deformation Etc., Cleaning The Inside Of The Tank And Conservator Tank With Oil, Drying The New Ht And Lt Winding In The Oven, Filtration Of Transformer Oil Supplied By Gescom From The Stores, Testing Of Repaired Good Transformers In Presence Of Gescom Representative / S, Painting The Transformer After Tanking And Delivering The Same To Yadgir Divisional Store With Due Acknowledgement.
